THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION THEN IN FORCE SHALL GOVERN THE ARBITRATION (provided, however, that the terms of the Website Terms shall control over any inconsistency between the Rules of the American Arbitration Association and the Website Terms).
